For all booking enquiries and service requests, please contact us via email and include your full name, journey date and booking reference where applicable.

If you wish to submit a formal complaint or report a lost item, please provide detailed information including the date and time of travel, vehicle type and collection or drop off location. All complaints will be acknowledged and reviewed in accordance with our internal procedures.

Whilst every effort is made to recover and safeguard personal belongings, FMP Global Manchester cannot accept liability for items left unattended in vehicles. Any recovered property will be held for a reasonable period, and collection arrangements will be communicated directly.
